Developed a fully automated methodology in Python to discover EEG frequency bands via decision trees on power spectra. This approach yielded a 2× improvement over traditional band boundaries and enables automated detection of neurophysiological markers.

📌 Decoding Environmental Effects on Physiology from Biometric Data

MDPI Sensors, 2022
Trained 100+ machine learning models in MATLAB to infer ambient particulate matter concentrations from biometric data with R² = 0.91. Discovered that smaller particles are more predictable, offering insights into environmental exposure and its physiological impact.
